EMMA - MASTER TRAINER—GENERAL MANAGER

My name is Emma and we very excited to be helping you achieve all of your health and fitness goals.
We offer a wide range of activities designed to help you become healthier, more energetic, confident, motivated ,less stressed and the best thing is it is loads of fun!
I am a mother of two Children. I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping fit and healthy, competing in triathlons, water skiing, running, motorbike riding, snowboarding and painting.
Recent Sporting accomplishments are representing Australia in Hawaii Ironman Triathlon And 2008 Australian Ironman Triathlon age group Champion.
The best thing about training our clients is seeing them achieve their goal they never thought possible!
Specialising in: Women’s fitness, pre and post natal fitness, nutrition guidance, Pilates , cycle, boot camp, advanced boxing, personal training and sports specific training.
TANYA - MASTER TRAINER

Hi my name is Tanya.
I was born in Ballarat and I am a mother of three children.
I love spending time with my family and enjoy working for 4U H&F. My favorite’s thing about being a trainer is working my clients really hard to reach their individual goals.
My Hobbies are running and keeping fit.
Specialising in: women’s fitness, personal training, advanced boxing, cycling, running and weight loss.
BEN – FITNESS

Hi, my name is Ben.
I have competed in sports most of my life playing foot ball, competing in swimming and triathlons. I have represented Victoria in sprint distance triathlon and have completed the Australia ironman triathlon.
My favourite thing about fitness training is seeing the satisfaction on our clients face when they have had a hard workout.
Specialising in: strength conditioning, sports specific training, boot camp, cycle and boxing.
MASTER TRAINER - FIONA

Hello, My name is Fiona I am a mother of 2 girls ages 6 and 3.
I love all sports, especially netball and tennis, and have always enjoyed keeping myself fit. After my second child I started doing kickboxing, and have been training hard for 4 years now. I love personal training, I get to help people get fit, have fun and enjoy exercise.
Other interests include art, reading, and spending time with my family.
Specialising in: Personal Trainer, women’s fitness, boxing, weight loss and a qualified child care worker.
MICHELLE – MASSAGE THERAPEST AND MASTER TRAINER

Hi My name is Michelle.
I studied to be a personal trainer at the Ballarat university and will be full qualified as a exercise physiologist in the coming months.
I use all types of training programs depending on the clients and their needs.
I want all of my clients to achieve their goals and have fun completing them!
My other interest includes travelling, massage and painting.
Specialising in: Massage therapy, personal training, women’s fitness, weight loss, cycle, boxing and running.
You have to see them with your heart,
and that’s the hard part of it.
When the vision is clear, and the heart beats strong
