Mum & Bub Squad

Is a fitness class for mums and babies!

It’s a great way too get back in shape, socialise and meet other mums whilst getting fit
& healthy with your baby along side of you. Training sessions are flexible enough to accommodate every one. New mum's arrive with their babies and walk through the sessions. They begin doing their push ups and sit-ups and start a bit of boxing and before you know it they're running along and working out with medicine balls.

You'll find you're fitness will improve quickly, especially if you're patient and consistent. When Mums come to two sessions a week, and make up a session when they miss one, the difference they make for themselves is great. On top of all that, the Mum & Bub Fitness Squad is a fantastic social outlet.

It's like another mothers group where everyone is on the same journey, getting into shape after having a bub. As a result, the camaraderie and baby network of new mums you create within your group and the whole of Mums & Bub Squad is unreal.
